Akashanand Karnik, known as Akash, is a hands-on leader at 1Point1, known for implementing game-changing strategies that drive significant business outcomes. In his second term as WTD, he has expanded the company's customer base and continues to develop customer-centric innovations.

With 15 years of experience, Akash has driven 10X growth in BPMs, built brands, and expanded the domestic market. He has led business operations and sales for companies like D&B, E-Serve, and GTL, and has extensive experience in developing Customer-Lifecycle Management solutions across industries such as BFSI, Telecom, Airlines, E-Commerce, and Consumer Durables.

Akash is an engineer with a post-graduation in Business Management.
