Foundation & recognition
1Point1 began its journey in 2008 as DSA Learning Systems Private Limited, establishing itself as a private limited company in Mumbai, Maharashtra, with a vision for growth and service excellence. By 2014, the company was recognized for its outstanding contributions, earning the Best Partner in Collections award for Tata Teleservices. This recognition drove significant expansion, with seat additions across Navi Mumbai (850), Indore (250), Bengaluru (350), and Gurgaon (1,300), marking the early stages of 1Point1's growth into a global business solutions leader.
2017-2018
A new chapter of growth
Continuing on an upward trajectory, 1Point1 went public on the NSE platform and was recognized with the Navbharat SME Business Excellence Award. The Mumbai facility expanded to a 1,350-seat capacity, bolstering our ability to serve an increasing client base with excellence.
2018-2019
Expanding into new sectors
1Point1 made a major move to the main board of NSE, diversifying into the BFSI sector. With a renewed focus, the company drove self-realizations for 75% of its operations, setting the stage for more specialized services and sustainable growth.
2020-2021
Driven by tech & innovation
Entering the IT services arena and launching omnichannel solutions, 1Point1 expanded its seat capacity to Mumbai (2,000), Bengaluru (1,300), and Chennai (450). This phase saw a dynamic shift towards technology and service innovations that fueled rapid growth.
2022
Preparing for global reach
1Point1 began conceptualizing its international expansion strategy, laying the groundwork with a robust leadership team to drive transformation and increase margins. This step marked a significant shift, positioning the company for global opportunities.
2023-2024
US market entry & expansion
To further expand its international footprint, 1Point1 established a U.S. entity in Delaware, building a dedicated U.S. sales team. The acquisition of ITCube Solutions reinforced our capabilities, signaling a strong commitment to global growth and enhanced service offerings.
